Flixotomy is a specialized skills development organization dedicated to empowering disadvantaged youth
by equipping them with the necessary tools and opportunities to break the cycle of poverty. Our core
mission revolves around enhancing individual potential through education, skill acquisition, and fostering
personal and community development. Established in 2020 by two visionary professionals, Flixotomy
emerged in response to the pressing need to address the skills gap among South African youth, hindering
their employability and integration into the formal economy.
